As an experienced mediator, evaluative neutral and family law attorney, Christine has a unique perspective on how to successfully participate in mediation. Christine believes preparation is the key to success and preparing for mediation is well worth the time and effort required. Mediation offer parties the opportunity to maintain control over their the decisions affecting their financial future and their time with their children. Mediation is a cost-effective, private process. It allows parties the freedom to be creative in settling complex issues in their divorce. Judges do not have the same flexibility afforded to clients in mediation.

Christine offers strategy sessions on a flat fee basis to help clients prepare for mediation. She also offers flat fee packages which include her attendance at mediation for those clients who don’t need full representation, but who don’t want to attend mediation alone.
