Representing Yourself in Court

If your income is less than 125% of the federal poverty level, or if you receive public assistance, you may qualify for a fee waiver—which waives the court fees. It does not mean you are entitled to an attorney at no cost, and it may not exempt you from all court costs

All county courthouses (except Hennepin county) have work stations with computers and printers for use by the public. There are also options to access volunteer attorneys. See the following link for more information: Minnesota Self Help Centers
